• Property must be capable of achieving at least 5% rental yield per year.
• Development must be done by a credible BONDED developer who will deliver a quality building.
• Property must be located in an area where capital appreciation will be on average greater than 10% per year (We hope for a lot more but 10% is a baseline).
• There must a structured process in place for the building rental and management that will consistently drive a yield of at least 5% per year of the properties purchase price.
• We only select new properties as they are generally easier to manage, maintain and rent at a high yield to foreign visitors.
